1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 tsp salt4 egg whites1/2 cup canola oil or unsweetened applesauce1 tsp vanilla extract1 1/3 cup splenda or sugar2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate (melted)2 tbsp chocolate syrup1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Directions
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray
Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes
