homemade macaroni and cheese

Ingredients
4 oz cooked ditalini pasta1/4 cup flour3 tbsp salted butter1/2 cup chopped onion10 oz grated cheddar cheese3 cups nonfat milk
Directions
cook pasta
saute onion in butter
add flour
slowly add milk until smooth
add cheese and melt
pour cheese mixture over pasta
bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
