6 Nasoya Egg Roll Wrappers1 can of Black Beans1 lb. Ground Turkey3/4 cup Cheddar CheeseTaco Seasoning
Cook the ground turkey.
Drain the black beans and add to the turkey with the taco seasoning.
Cut the egg roll wrappers into 4 pieces.
Place 1 piece of egg roll wrapper into muffin pan and put meat, then top with cheese, repeat in same muffin cup. Do this with all the muffin cups.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12-24 Cupcakes*
I made them in the large muffin pan (6 in each pan) But you can make them in the smaller muffin pans as well!
