1/4 cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs2 T. grated Parmesan cheese2 T. shredded Romano cheese1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. salt1 lb. chicken breast1/4 c. butter, melted1 T. fresh chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease a medium baking dish and set aside. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, romano cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Brush both sides of chicken breast with melted margarine and dredge breasts in the bread crumb mixture. Arrange breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with dried parsley. Bake for 15 minutes until chicken is done throughout. Serve warm.
