Vietnamese Lime Pho Jello Salad

Ingredients
*Jello Sugar Free Lime (1 box), 2 serving (remove) Beef pho stock, 2 cup *Bean sprouts, 1 cup *Carrot, shredded for salad portion, 2 serving Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup Bariatric Beef Noodle Soup, 1 serving Juice of one lime
Directions
Combine and refrigerate for several hours until jelled.

Serve with a dab (teaspoon) of mayo and/or hot sauce and a sprinkle of walnuts for a light yet satisfying summer meal.
