1 can tomato sauce (8oz)1 can El Pato tomato sauce w/ jalapeno (7 3/4 oz)2 pkgs cut fideo (16 oz each)1/2 white onion, chopped3 cloves garlic (chopped)2 tsp chicken boullion6 cups hot water
Sautee onion and garlic in oil over medium heat.
Add remaining ingredients, turn heat up to high, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. The fideosauce will be loose and wet, that's how it is supposed to be. If yiou like it thicker, continue to simmer for a few more minutes uncovered.
