Zucchini Dip

Ingredients
Fresh zucchini, 3/4 pound3 cloves of garlicGreek yogurt, 1/2 cup
Directions
Coarsely grate the zucchini. Add the garlic, finely minced. Add the yogurt to bind the mixture. May be further seasoned with a touch of basil or dill.
