Spinach Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 Fresh Banana (remove peeling)1 mango (honey mangos are awesome) Be careful with prep instructions for a mango. You will want to cut the sides in thirds lengthwise. There is a large long seed in the middle. Use a spoon to scrap the fruit from the sides and around the seed. Discard seed and peeling2 cups fresh spinach1/2 cup crushed ice1 Tbsp Agave or Local Honey (could use sugar free bfast syrup)Unsweet Tea or Water add as necessary i satart with 1/2 cupI like to cut my banana up and stick in freezer the night before.
Directions
Put all in a blender and set to liquify. add water or unsweet tea if more liquid needed

Serving Size: makes 1 really large smoothie
