HCG Chocolate Mug Cake (Phase 3)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Ground Flaxseed- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda- 1 Large Egg- 2 tbsp Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup- 5 - 8 drops Chocolate Stevia - Sweet Leaf- 1 tbsp Softened Land O Lakes, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Mix wet ingredients in the mug. Add dry ingredients to the wet & stir thoroughly. Put in microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes. I usually top mine with low fat strawberry cream cheese.
