Ingredients
Cucumber (peeled), 1 mediumOnions, raw, 1 cup, slicedOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Granulated Sugar, .50 cup Cider Vinegar, 1 cupWater, tap, 2 cup Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp
Directions
Bring water, vinegar, sugar and spices to a boil. Pour over the sliced cucumbers and onions. Marinate in a glass container (a bowl or jars) for at least 1 hour. Store in the refrigerator.
