Daniel Fast Chipotle Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
1 15 oz can black bean or 2 cups of beans that have been soaked, boiled and cooked.1 cup mashed sweet potato (about 1 large)1/4 cup oat flour1 tbsp chopped parsley1/4 tsp chilli seasoning1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat grill. (broiler for my American friends)

With a potato masher, mash the black beans in a large bowl leaving some of the beans whole for texture. Mix in the sweet potatoes, oat flour, parsley and seasonings.

Scoop 1/3 cup of mixture and shape into a burger on a baking sheet that has been rubbed with oil.

Repeat with remaining mixture to make 6 burgers in total.

Cook 4 inches from the heat for about 7 - 8 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip carefully and cook for 2 - 3 minutes more, and serve.
