Potato Chip Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
4 Large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked/chopped1/2 can cream of chicken soup10 oz. bag of Ruffle type potato chips8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine, chicken, soup, ane mayo. If its too dry add more soup and mayo. Add salt/pepper to taste. Crush chips. Add 1/2 of the chips to bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with chicken mixture, add cheese to the top and top with the last 1/2 of the chips. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes until hot in the center and cheese is melted. Enjoy!!

Serving Size: 1.5 cup serving size, makes about 8 servings for a 9x13 casserole dish
