Ingredients
ground round vegetarian ( Yves veggie), a bag of bean sprout, 1 cup celery chopped, 1 cup mushroom chopped, 1 onion chopped. 1 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tsp black pepper ( or to taste). 1 tbsp olive oil. About 2 cups of water.
Directions
brown onion in olive oil. Add mushrooms and celery and bean sprouts. Add enough water to cover. Add soy sauce. Cook for 25 minutes. In the last 5 minutes add the yves veggie ground round. Try the asian flavor for a change.
