Turkey Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
4 Slices Turkey, cooked, cubed8 large baby carrots1/2 cup onion, diced1 cup celery, diced1 cup mushrooms, sliced1 can new potatoes, diced12 cups chicken broth1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Heat broth and carrots for 10 minutes. Add celery, onion, mushrooms, potatoes, salt and pepper. Continue over medium heat for 20 minutes until carrots and celery are soft.
