Ingredients
1 can of garbanzo beans (1.75 cups), drained & rinsed.75 cup diced cucumber1.5 cup diced tomatoes.5 cup diced italian sweet peppers.5 cup diced red onion10 leaves basil, chopped2 tsp olive oil2 tsp lemon juice1 tsp garlicpepper to taste
Directions
Combine vegetables. Combine basil, oil, lemon juice, garlic, & pepper and toss with salad.
