Thai basil fried rice (with chicken and brown rice)

4 cups brown rice (uncooked)Fresh basilSerrano peppersChicken (or shrimp)Oyster sauceFish sauceGarlicSesame oil
Cook rice (following instructions on package) and set aside to cool. Refridgerate if needed, at least 4 hours to a day.
Crush or mince garlic and serrano peppers. Chop or tear basil apart into small pieces and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, add sesame oil ,pepper/garlic mix and chicken or shrimp. Stir fry until fully cooked.
Add rice (I add about 2 cups at a time.) and stir fry; adding fish and oyster sauce until uniformly coated and fry for about 3 minutes.
Add basil, mix well. EAT.
Note: Servings can be stretched to 8-10.
Serving Size: Makes 6-8 servings
