approx 1kg Extra Lean Ground Beef1 egg1 tbsp black pepper6 cloves of garlic
Directions
MIxx all ingredients and make into patties. Cook to your desired texture. about 7 mins per side on the BBQ 3.5 mins per flip :) oh and don't squish down your patties for a nice juicy patty.
