2 Cups of uncooked Oatmeal Old Fashion best2 Packets of stevia or more to taste1 tsp Baking soda1 tsp Baking powder1/2 tsp salt optional3 eggs (Use Egg Starter 1/3 Cup for 1 egg best to use)3 frozen bananas (if not frozen use very ripe ones)1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 C walnuts Optional
Preheat oven to 350. Using glass pan lower heat to 325.
Mix all dry ingredients first in a blender or food processor. Mix until mixture is very smooth. Mix in a bowl wet ingredients. Pour into blender or processor and mix all ingredients well. Pour it into a loaf pan that has been greased. Bake 45 min. or until toothpick can be inserted and removed clean.
Serving Size: Makes at least 8 servings
