Dairy & Gluten Free Cream Sauce For Veggies Recipes

Ingredients
Soya Milk 3/4-1 cupSalt-1/4 tsp or to tasteCorn Starch 1/4 cup or about 2 TbspVegetable Broth about 2 cupsNote: I use the broth from the vegetables I'm adding the sauce to--eg cauliflower, broccoli, etc (it changes the colour somewhat but if white is desired just use water)
Directions
Wisk soya milk, cornstarch & salt together
Add some of the broth
Slowly bring to a boil whisking constantly
Add broth as required
Cook for about 5 minutes or until no taste of cornstarch remains and mixture is desired thickness
Pour over cooked vegetables

Serving Size: Makes enough sauce to cover veggies for 4
