1 lb lamb shank 3 quinces20 dried prunes1 cup tomato paste2 cups water1tbs salt1ts black peper2 yield lemon juice6 medium onions1ts turmeric,grounded
cut lamb in pieces about 12 pieces
cut onions in circls
pill and cut quinces in 2cm thick
wash dried prunes
put onions in the bottom of the pan in on layer and put some pieces of meat on it. put pruns and quinces on top and repeat this till they are finished. use a big pan
mix tomato paste, pepper and salt and turmeric and pour on the ingeredient and finally add water
put the pan on a slow flame and let it cook for about 3 hours
this food doesnt have alot of water at the end
you can eat that with piece of bread
this food is enough for 6 people and it is a nutritiois and easy food for cold winter nights
