Apple chicken curry

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts1 onion 1 apple 3 tbsp curry powder1 chicken stock cube250ml of boiling water 1 tsp cornflour2 cups of rice
Directions
chop the chicken into small chunks, chop onion and apple
fry onion and chicken and apple for 5-10 minutes
in a jug mix the stock cube with the boiling water and add the curry powder
in a pan add the sauce to the chicken, apple and onion

in a jug mix a small amount of cold water with the cornflour and gradually add to the sauce until it thickens (if you add to much add water)

cook the rice in boiling water and then add it to the sauce
