Ingredients
4 cups waterZucchini, potato, carrot, green onion, and 2 small onions, slicedSamjang paste (at an Asian market, made of fermented soybean paste)kochukaru (Korean dried chili flakes)2 blocks extra firm tofu, cubed
Directions
Boil water and add pastes and garlic. Add vegetables and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Add tofu, cook for a few more minutes. Serve over rice and with kimchi.

    I'm making this right now for dinner tonight but without the green onion cos bf doesn't like it. Also no potato, dwenjang (soybean) paste instead of samjang, and a dash of sesame oil. Can't find dwenjang nutritional information anywhere, so don't know how to begin tracking it! Anyway, yummy recipe! - 4/8/09
