Sweet Cherry & Whey smoothie

Ingredients
*Whey Protein Powder (26gm protein/scoop)*Dole dark sweet cherries, frozen*drink mix packet of choice (Crystal Light or similar brand)*Greek non-fat yogurt (such as Oikos)*water
Directions
1. Add protein powder and drink mix packet to 12-16oz of water; blend well in shaker/blender bottle or blender.

2. Add Greek yogurt and blend.

3. Add cherries (i like to add them while still slightly frozen)
