Fresh Corn Salad with Fat Free Dressing

Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen corn1 cup chopped red ripe tomatoes1/2 cup chopped zucchini1/2 cup chopped peeled cucumber1 red onion, chopped1 red pepper, choppedZero Fat DressingTomato juice, with salt added, 1 cupLemon Juice, 0.5 cupPepper, black, 1 dashParsley, dried, 0.25 tspGarlic, 1 cloveMustard seed, yellow, 0.25 tsp
Directions
Cook corn in boiling water about 5 minutes or just until tender. Drain; cool to room temperature. Transfer to large bowl. Add tomato, zucchini, cucumber, onion and pepper. Toss with Zero Fat Dressing. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
