Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats2 tbsp bran flakes2 tbsp wheat germ1 cup yogourt (any flavour)1 cup chopped grapes2 apples shredded1 apple chopped1/3 cup toasted pumpkin seeds (shelled)1 tsp flaxseed
Directions
Lightly toast the pumpkin seeds
Grate 1/2 the apples
Mix all ingrediants together well & refrigerate
Makes 6 1-cup servings.
