Ingredients
Ingredients: 2 large chicken breasts4 tbsp. Sesame Oil1/2 large yellow onionGarlic, 4 cloves diced1/3 cup White VinegarPepper, black, 1 tsp *Soy Sauce, .1/2 cupGranulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Directions
Cut chicken in large bite size pieces and marinate in soy sauce, vinegar and 2 tbsp of sesame oil - for 1 hour. In sauce pan lightly brown diced garlic and onion in 2 tbsp. of hot sesame oil. Once lightly browned added the chicken and marinade. Add sugar, black pepper and a pinch of flour to thicken. Cover and simmer until chicken is fork tender. Serve over rice and salt to taste!! So flavorful.
