Salad (layer the following in a bowl): Iceberg Lettuce, 1 head, chopped Carrots, 1 cup, strips or slices Cherry Tomatoes, 1.5 cup Hard Boiled Egg, 6 large, sliced or chopped Bacon, 8 medium slices, cooked and crumbled Cheddar Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded Dressing: Light Mayonnaise, 1cup Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup Lemon Juice, 3 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
Layer salad ingredients in bowl, in order given, except for cheese.
Cover evenly with dressing, pushing dressing to the edges of bowl. Sprinkle cheese on top of dressing.
Allow to sit in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
