1 1/4 c. flour3/4 c. cornmeal1/2 c. sugar2 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt1 c. milk1/4 c. oil1 egg, beaten
Grease 9" pan. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing just until flour is moistened. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 9 servings.
