Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 egg1/2 cup parmesan cheese1/3 cup grated cheese3 tbs dried parsley1/2 cup water (as much as needed)3 cloves chopped garlic
Directions
Brown in frying pan, add to sauce and cook at least an hour.
