Ingredients
1 lb. stew beef (lean cut)2 potatoes, cubed4 carrots, sliced8 oz. frozen mixed vegetables32 oz. Low Sodium beef broth1 packet McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix10 oz. tomato puree
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Makes 4 servings.
