Healthy LOW CARB Muffins

Ingredients

1 cup Oats1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup 1% milk1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda2 egg whites1/4 cup dried apricots or cranberries
Makes 12 muffins
Put oats , milk, egg whites and applesauce in bowl and set aside.
In second bowl add whole wheat flour, Baking Powder, Baking soda, and Brown sugar and mix thoroughly,.
Add chopped dried apricots or dried cranberries to flour mixture.
Mix ingrediants of both bowls together just until combined nicely, do not over mix.
Spray PAM into muffin tins, and fill each one 2/3 full.
Bake ata 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
