Cukes and Onions

Ingredients
4 cups of cucumbers (with peel) (about 4-5 cucumbers)1 cup of onions (sweet onions about 1-2)2 cup of vinegar (I used white vinegar)2 cup of water1 cup (or 48 tsp.) of Splenda
Directions
No cooking involved. I did whisk the vinegar & water & Splenda together before pouring on top of the cucumbers and onions. Then mix all together and put in fridge. Serve cold. This will keep in the fridge for several days.
