Oatmeal Orange Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup oats soaked in 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup boiling water for 15 minutes1/2 cup margarine1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup brown sugar2 eggs beaten1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup chocolate chips1 cup flour (can use 1/2 whole wheat, 1/2 all purpose)1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs and stir in oat mixture. Stir in raisins.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla.
Stir until moistened. Pour into well-greased muffin cups.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
