Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients
2/3 c peas2/3 c carrots2/3 c white corn1 tbsp butter1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp dried rosemary
Directions
Mix 2/3 c each of frozen peas, carrots and white corn in a pot. Add 1tbsp butter, 1 tsp minced garlic, and 1 tsp dried rosemary. Cover with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until rosemary is softened and veggies are cooked.

Makes 4 half-cup servings.
