Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
RhubarbFlourSour Cream (reduced fat)Brown Sugar (optional)White Sugarsaltbaking sodanuts (optional)
Directions
Mix sugar, eggs, sour cream. Sift dry ingredients. Add Sugar mixture. Add rhubarg. Put into 9 x 12 inch greased cake pan.
Sprinkle with mixure of brown sugar and nuts. (Optional).
Bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes till tests done with toothpick.
