Stovetop Chicken Parmsean Pasta

Ingredients
1.5# chicken breast, skinned, boned, cut into 1" cubes3/4c porkskins, crushed fine2 slices fresh bread, finely ground1.5 Tblsp Italian seasoning1 tsp salt1 egg, whisked3c favorite spaghetti sauce (Vita-Mix Spaghetti Sauce)1 box (13.25oz) angel hair pasta (whole wheat)6oz Mozzarella cheese
Directions
Heat oil in heavy-bottomed pan (for cooking the chicken nuggets) Combine pork skins, bread, seasoning,and salt. Place in resealable bag. Put spaghetti sauce on stove to warm, and start the water boiling for your pasta (to cook per box directions). Dip chicken pieces in egg and then in coating. Fry until just done in hot oil. Add cooked chicken to warmed sauce. Combined with cooked and drained pasta and sprinkle all with cheese. Enjoy!!
