7/8 cup water, room temperature1 2/3 cups Milanaise Organic Stone Milled Sifted Bread Flour3/4 cup Milanaise Organic Stone Milled Rye Flour1 1/2 tablespoon sugar1 1/2 tablespoon Instant Skim Milk Powder - Compliments1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
1. Add all ingredients into the bread machine in the order of recipe.
2. Select "BASIC BREAD FIRM" setting.
3. Select "REGULAR" on the crust control setting.
4. Press "START/RESET".
5. Once finished, remove bread to a wire rack to cool before storing.
Serving Size: makes loaf - 12 slices
