1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed3 oz pureed silken tofuOnions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 cloveYellow Mustard, 4 tsp or 1 packetCelery, raw, 0.25 cup, diced salt and pepper, to taste4 Alvarado street fajita wrapspickle juice optional - not in nutritional factskelp flakes optional - not in nutritional factsDirections:1.
