Low Fat Pesto Cream Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter baking blend1/2 cup fat free half and half1 tbsp cornstarch1/4 tsp fine sea salt1/8 tsp black pepper2 tbsp jarred pesto sauce1 tbsp grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
Directions
Put all ingredients (except half and half and cornstarch) into a small saucepan. Combine half and half and cornstarch in a small bowl and whisk together until smooth, then pour into saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5-8 minutes or until nicely thickened, whisking constantly.
