Veggie Stir-Fry w/Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup broccoli1.25 cup yellow onion1 cup waterchestnuts1 cup summer (yellow) squash.9 cup zucchini2 tbsp Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce
Directions
Place all veggies and olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Stir frequently for 2 minutes. Place 1/2 cup of water in pan and cover for 3 minutes. Stir in stir-fry sauce. Heat for addition 1 minute over medium heat. Enjoy!

(Makes about 3.5 cups after cooking. Depends on veggie shrinkage.)
