Delicious No-Bake Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
2 bricks fat-free cream cheese, softened2 14-ounce cans fat free sweetened condensed milk3/4 cup key lime juice*1/4 teaspoon salt1 reduced fat graham cracker crust1 teaspoon lime zest
Directions
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until creamy. Add sweetened condensed milk and salt and mix until well combined. Add key lime juice and lime zest and mix well. Pour mixture into pie crust and chill until set.

Serve with fat free whipped topping if desired.

*It is essential to use key lime juice, not regular lime juice as the acidity in the key lime juice will "cook" the pie, enabling it to set up.
