Italian turkey burgers

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 24 oz Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Basil, 1 tsp Garlic, 1.5 clove, minced Salt and pepper to taste mix all together and form 6 patties
Directions
spray frying pan with nonstick spray
cook over med. heat till done in middle
turn several times wile cooking
Very tasty cooked with fresh onions and mushrooms
