- Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
Directions
1.5 Cups of Nishiki dry rice (2 rice cups)1 can of StarKist Chnk Light Tuna in Water1 Tbsp of Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise2-4 sheets of nori (depending on how much seaweed you want on it)
1. Measure out and wash rice until it is no longer murky.
2. Cook rice (I use a rice cooker)
3. Prepare the tuna and mayo
4. Let it sit in pot for about 10-15 minutes after cooking.
5. Scoop out into big bowl and wait about 10~20 minutes for it to get cool enough to pick up
6. Wet hands, sprinkle salt on and pick up the rice
7. Mold it to the shape and size you desire (if you make them big it's about 4-5 servings - could probably make about 8 if you make them smaller)
8. Stick some seaweed on
9. Enjoy!
