Tuna, Sweetcorn and Cottage Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
1-2 tablespoons of olive oil (can use sunflower oil but olive is better)1 can of sweetcorn (150-200g)Low / no fat cottage cheese (1-2 cups)1 tin of tuna in water (drained completely)6 slices or seeded bread
Directions
After draining the tuna, mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except the bread), then portion evenly onto three of the slices of the bread. Then lay the other slices on top and Ta Da! And no need for fatty butter, the cottage cheese and olive oil prevents dry sandwiches
