Salsa Chicken Baked

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast - 5 oz eachTaco seasoning - about 1/2 pkg1 cup salsa1 cup shredded cheddar/jack cheese
Directions
Spray glass baking dish with non stick spray.
Season chicken with taco seasoning, place in baking dish.
Pour Salsa on top of chicken.
Bake 30-40 min. at 350 degrees
Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.

Can be served with sour cream on top--not included in calories.

    Sorry, but the nutritional information is really only for 1 serving and not 4, so true nutrion on this is 4 times as much as what is being displayed above - total calories 491! - 9/25/09
