Hearty Oat Breakfast

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats1 cup water1 tblsp LSA1/2 cup peaches or other fruit
Directions
Combine oats and water in to a small pot on a medium heat.
Bring to the boil stirring occasionally. Once boiling turn it down to low for about 3 minutes or until the porridge is to your desired consistency.
(This can be microwaved on med high for four minutes)
Add peaches and LSA once cooked.
You can also add yoghurt, milk or maple syrup if desired

    It's a nutritional powder made from ground Linseeds, Sunflower Seeds and Almonds. Delicious!
