Berry Crunchy Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberrys, frozen- 1 small banana, frozen- 1 half cup blackberries, frozen- 1 half cup blueberries, frozen- 1 and 1/2 cup milk (any kind you desire. I used 2%)- 3-4 TBSP fat free yogurt, strawberry- 1 cup Kashi GoLEAN CrunchPut all ingredients into blender and blend until a smoothie consistency and enjoy :)
Directions
If you have a cheap blender like mine, have a spatula ready to mix once or twice.
