Apple Raisin Oatmeal Snack Bars

Ingredients
1.5 c quick cooking oats1/4 c whole wheat flour1/4 c orange juice1 TBS honey4 mini boxes of raisins (or about 2/3 c chopped dates)1.5 large apples, shredded1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnimon
Directions
Makes 12 bars.
Mix all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 375 and let mixture sit for 10 minutes. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-fat cooking spray. Press mixture into baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until top begins to turn brown. Let cool for a few minutes and cut into 12 bars while still slightly warm. These can be frozen.
