Baked Vegetable Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
1.5 cups chicken broth3/4 cup long grain white rice1/4 cup carrots, chopped1/4 cup frozen corn1/4 cup frozen peasMinced onions, to tasteShredded chedder cheese, to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil the chicken broth.
2. Add all ingredients, except for chese, in casserole dish and mix together.
3. Cook covered 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and cook last 5 minutes.
