Robin's Black bean, Corn and Quinoa

Ingredients
1 1/2 c water with chicken bullion flavor 3/4 c quinoa19 oz black beans12 oz corn3 cloves garlic1 bunch green onions1 tsp oil1/2 tsp cumin spice1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp celery saltsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil water with bullion and spices then add quinoa. Cook covered for 15 minutes, then let it sit covered for an additional 5 mins.
While this is boiling, heat oil in large skillet and add 3 minced garlic cloves, then onions. Finally once sauteed, add corn, beans and finally cooked quinoa.
